DELIVERY ZONE

AfricanBotanics.com offers free ground shipping within the continental USA on all orders over $100.00. We also ship to CANADA and most EU countries. International shipping can sometimes incur additional costs, i.e., taxes, duties and customs fees. These charges can vary and are not easily calculated at time of sale. Customers should be prepared to pay these fees at time of delivery. We are not responsible for the additional fees charged within your country by local customs and duties.

DELIVERY TIMES

Orders are shipped the first working day following the day the order was placed. Ground delivery takes 1-5 days after the shipping confirmation has been sent, depending on where you are in the U.S.

RETURN POLICY

Every African Botanics formula is created with meticulous care. If something isn’t right with your order, please contact us at concierge@africanbotanics.com within 14 days of delivery, and our Customer Care team will be happy to assist you.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Unopened, unused products may be returned within 14 days of delivery for store credit or a full refund, and we will cover the return shipping. Please contact us to arrange your return.

For product integrity and safety, we are unable to accept returned opened or used products. If a product isn’t working as expected, please reach out to us within 14 days of delivery and we’ll work with you to find the right solution. That may include a replacement, store credit, or personalized guidance and a recommendation for a formula better suited to your skin and individual needs.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photographs of the product and packaging. Once verified, we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.
